Leeds Building Society's new 5 year fixed rate buy to let product offers market leading deals on both the fee paying and fees assisted versions.
The Society has launched a market leading 5 year fixed rate buy to let deal at 4.99% available up to 70% LTV, which also allows 10% capital repayments each year without penalty and has no higher lending charge.
There is also a market leading fees assisted offer at 5.49% up to 70% LTV, combined with a free standard valuation worth up to £335 and free in-house legal services for standard re-mortgages.
