My two colleagues Chris Leaver and Adam Harrison are both experts in their fields and areas of expertise offering properties all across Florida, Atlanta and Indiana in the United States and investment properties across Europe, including Turkey, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland, Egypt and other exotic yet safe destinations.

We are also now bringing our UK property investment opportunities in 2012, these include hotel room investment, student accommodation, buy to lets and much more.

Girasol Homes continues to garner market share in the Overseas Marketplace for the second home, relocation and lifestyle property market for persons interested we offer over 14,000 live properties.

What we do and what we aim to do

Our aim as with Girasol Homes is to help clients buy the right investment property as easily as possible.

Safe as Houses

In 1970, an average house in the UK would cost you just £4,452. Today, you’d need to be able to afford £162,887 to get the same house. That’s a total increase in value over 40 years of 3559%, working out at a compound average annual increase of 9.4%.

Clearly, £4,452 was worth a lot more money back then than it is now, but annual returns over the past 40 years still beat inflation by around 2.9% per annum, hence the well-coined phrase, “safe as houses”. Interesting is it not?
