Hi I'm 30 and finally looking forward to being able to sort my pension out (planning for retirement seems along way away) I run my own company and my earnings are sporadic to put it mildly, should i create a personal pension with a bank and building society, if i do this i assume i get some kind of tax relief? Or would a sipp be better and allow me to spread my portfolio across a lot of funds, am i running more of a risk though?
