Using Facebook at work?

Would/do you let your staff use Facebook during office hours? I know this might be a devided view but wanted to see what other employers thought on the matter?

If a company is an internet based opperation then allowing access to facebook, twitter, linkedin and such like should be part of their regular job, providing they don't get ditracted with personal use.These type of sites can be very time consuming and only those involved in business aspects should be allowed access during the day except maybe at lunch times. As we all know many peaople are abusing this in the workplace big time though....
