I'm thinking of copyright to protect brand/name and seen companies advertised on the web who carry out searches etc for you at a nominal fee. But is it better via a solicitor?
How expensive are they to get? Whtas the actual point of copyright and can it actualy be enforced?

Adam no1 answered 11 Months ago at 10:33What about the question of intellectual property rights? If you're an inventor, you will need to research this to decide if you need a copyright, a trademark, IP protection or a full patent. I would go to a specialist lawyer for something like this since it can be a bit of a minefield.
