Maybe a bit of an odd question here, but I'm also using MalwareBytes Pro and find it efficient without using a lot of CPU either. But is there anything better out there?

Hey Maggie, spot on I think MSE and Maleware Bytes but sometimes I will use SuperAntiSpyware for scans.

MalwareBytes Pro is not an Anti Virus programme it is an Anti Malware programme. You should use something like MSE or Avast...
