A shame they are phasing out cheques

I have just learned the Payments Council are planning to end the use of cheques by 2018. I know that its more efficient to do things online but i like the feeling of writing a cheque. (might just be i'm a bit odd)

I'm with you on this one, although must admit that i prefer to receive a large check than write one.

I totally agree. There are occasions where you are paying organisations that you don;t really trust where a cheque is essential.
