The Gold Rush

Will Gold carry on its rise indefinitely? What is the actual reason for this. There is an argument that gold is being used more and more within technology as a semiconductor. With millions and millions of devices being produced each year and no cost effective way of removing it from defunct devices. At some point in the future but maybe not the near future. Will this increase its value or will it cause it to be viewed as an industrial material therefore possibly reducing its value

Its an interesting theory you propose. I can see where your coming from in terms of gold being used more and more as an industrial metal. However, there are too many people with a vested interest in gold to allow it to become devalued due to its usage, if anything it might cause the prices of electrical goods to rise
